Trader Index is an informational directory that aggregates, displays, and allows users to compare trading communities across various markets and platforms. We display data sourced from third-party platforms, including pricing, review counts, and membership statistics, alongside affiliate links that direct you to those platforms. We do not operate any of the listed communities, endorse any specific community, or provide financial advice of any kind.

Nothing on the Site constitutes financial, investment, trading, or legal advice. All content is provided for informational and comparison purposes only. 5. User Conduct

When using the Site, you agree not to:

• Submit false, misleading, or fraudulent information.
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Site or its infrastructure.
• Scrape, crawl, or harvest content from the Site without our prior written permission.
• Use the Site in any manner that violates applicable local, state, or federal law.
• Transmit spam, malware, or other harmful content through any feature of the Site.
• Manipulate or artificially inflate community favorite counts or other user-interaction metrics.

We strive to keep community listings and associated data accurate and up to date, but we make no warranties regarding the completeness, accuracy, or reliability of any information on the Site. Community ratings, review counts, pricing, and membership figures are sourced from third parties and may not reflect current conditions. Use this information as a starting point for your own research.

The Site contains links to third-party websites, Discord servers, Whop pages, and other external platforms. Many of these links are affiliate links through which we may receive compensation (see Section 2). We are not responsible for the content, pricing, practices, or availability of these third-party services. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Trader Index shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the Site or any content thereon, including any reliance on affiliate-linked community listings, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Trader Index and its members, officers, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses (including attorney's fees) arising out of your use of the Site or violation of these Terms.

Your use of the Site is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By using the Site, you consent to the data practices described in our Privacy Policy.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Iowa, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be resolved exclusively in the appropriate courts of competent jurisdiction in Iowa.
